The tour is carried out by a two-way transfer from the hotels in the designated areas. Hotel pick-up times vary by accommodation area. The overall transfer interval is approximately 08.00–09.00. Earlier pickup times may apply for guests staying in remote areas. The exact transfer time is notified via WhatsApp or e-mail before the tour. Guests must be present at the hotel's main entrance or security gate at least 10 minutes before the reported time. The tour time shown on the booking document may not be the time of pickup from the hotel. The arrival time of the transfer vehicle may change for a short time depending on the traffic and passenger collection route. The boat departs from the Green Canyon pier in Oymapınar Dam Lake. The exact boat departure time and pier location will be shared after booking. Guests who arrive on their own must confirm their meetup details before booking. At the end of the tour, return to the hotels is provided through the same transfer route.
